***We the SELLER reserve the right to refuse sale to anyone for any reason at any time. ***
Deposits accepted on unborn puppies or planned litters are *non-refundable. We will place names on a waiting list until we, the BREEDER/SELLER, have chosen our pick(s). Typically we will start making picks around 3-4 weeks of age. At that time we will contact those with deposits first to pick their pups and then our waiting list after.
~ A *non-refundable deposit of $1,000 is required to reserve your new french bulldog puppy. (*non-refundable but it is transferable to another available puppy/litter or future puppy/litter)
~ Remaining balance is due in full by 8 weeks of age OR at the time of pickup/delivery. Please note if paying at time of pick-up we only accept cash or bank / wire transfer.
~ Shipping fees, if needed, are due by 6 weeks of age so that we can book your pup’s travel schedule. Hand delivery of your pup to most U.S. locations in the lower 48 states will be $400-$500 plus airfare. For locations outside of the U.S. we will need more info to provide a price quote.
***We do not ship our frenchie pups by air cargo. We will hand deliver our pups or use a trusted puppy nanny service if we are unable to make arrangements to fly at that specific time. If the Buyer chooses, they may pick up their pup in person.
~ No puppy will leave the SELLER’S possession before 8 weeks of age. No exceptions!
~ The puppy is to be picked up or shipped by 12 weeks of age; UNLESS prior arrangements are made with the SELLER or the Buyer forfeits all monies paid and the puppy can then be re-sold.
EXCEPTION: Puppies needing transport to most overseas locations cannot be shipped before 14 weeks of age.
IT IS HEREBY AGREED BY BOTH PARTIES THAT THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS WILL BE MET AND THAT NO OTHER WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS ARE EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED.
~ Buyer understands that by sending a deposit to hold a puppy for purchase you are agreeing to all the terms here within and are bound by this agreement with the SELLER .
~ Buyer understands that any puppy being purchased as a pet (non-show/breeding price) will be sold under a spay/neuter contract and no registration papers will be provided. Our pet prices start at $3,500 USD.
~SELLER guarantees that the French Bulldog puppy being sold is the offspring of the listed Sire and Dam on your contract and is free of communicable diseases as appears to the eye at the time of sale.
~ Said puppy will be current on dewormings appropriate to the age of the puppy when it leaves the possession of the SELLER . * Please note that we follow a vaccine protocol based on studies done by the AVMA (American Veterinary Medical Association) and scientifically based studies regarding PROPER & a less taxing vaccine protocol. We do not vaccinate our pups prior to 8-16 weeks of age. They are vaccinated for Parvo with a Neopar vaccine, in some cases we will also administer the distemper vaccine a few weeks later, then rabies at 1 year of age and are only re-vaccinated as adults following a titer test for immunity every 3 years, if needed.
~ We will vaccinate pups at the Buyer’s request as long as the Buyer understands that any vaccines given prior to our typical protocol schedule will VOID the Health Guarantee. The ONLY exceptions to this are pups being shipped to Canada or Countries where certain vaccines are required prior to shipping, in which case the Health Guarantee will not be voided for those vaccines.
~ Buyer certifies that he/she is not acting as an agent (broker) for another individual in the purchase of this puppy, and will not sell this puppy to any mass-producing kennel (puppy mill) or business.
~ Buyer promises to keep the puppy in a proper manner and provide appropriate care and socialization. Said puppy shall not be kept permanently in a crate or in a small confined area where it is unable to achieve proper exercise and socialization needed for the health and well being of said puppy.
~ Buyer agrees to keep in close contact with the SELLER for the life of said puppy with occasional updates and pictures showing the growth, development, and well being of said puppy.
~ Buyer agrees to NEVER surrender said puppy to any shelter or rescue, or any other 3rd party including but not limited to breeders, friends, family, etc. If the Buyer is unable to keep said puppy for any reason the SELLER is to be notified immediately so that we may make arrangements to get our puppy back.
~ Buyer agrees to only feed a QUALITY or GRAIN FREE kibble or a species-appropriate RAW DIET, which is preferred, for the life of said puppy!
~ Buyer understands that breeding rights are also retained as co-owner by SELLER on males sold with FULL REGISTRATION.
~ If we choose to use the male as a part of our program all fees associated with the collection, shipping of semen, or any breeding costs will be paid by SELLER. If we choose to use the male it will be solely for the benefit of our program.
